Upon graduation from the University of Alabama, he became involved in real estate brokerage, specializing in the sale of income properties and land for many national and corporate owners. In 1993 Mr. Eyster established Eyster Properties, Inc. and he currently serves as Chairman.		Stephen W. His experience includes the development and re-development of over $70 million in office and retail properties. He has been responsible for the leasing and management of a portfolio of properties which served over 450 businesses in the Birmingham market.

During his career he served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate for a regional retail chain, developing stores across the Southeast. Now with his extensive experience he is providing clients commercial investment services involving site selection, marketing and development.		Donna P. Her broad range of real estate experience includes sales and leasing, marketing, lease administration, accounting and property management. Mrs. Cox joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Eyster Properties in 2000 and she currently directs all sales and marketing activity.

Now Mr. Duffey serves the company as an agent specializing in office and retail investment property. Some of his clients include: Oxford Management, MCD Development, and WGS Properties. Her experience in administrative systems and office management has given this property manager a strong foundation. Mrs. Campbell has been responsible for detailed management of commercial properties for more than five years.

He began his career in the sale of apartments and has recently expanded his expertise to include office and retail properties. She recently joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Eyster Properties where she specializes in retail and office leasing. Ms. Corman completed the International Council of Shopping Centers Leasing Institute and remains an active member of the organization.

Mr. Beers was also the founder and CEO of ATI (a robotics manufacturing company with sales of thirty million dollars annually and over three hundred employees). After selling his company to Siemens AG, Mr. Beers joined CBCEP to specialize in development.
